Fed up of your pocket aces getting beaten?
This is my first attempt at our "Tips" so bear with me as my layout and typing could use some help.
Pocket aces is and always will be the best starting hand bar none but......
You must remember that high pairs lose quite a bit of their value when fighting many opponents! This is one of many reasons why they must be raised on pre-flop! You must clear out the small cards and the silly straight draws who will stay in if you slow play them.
Heads up you are a massive favourite everytime! Just one of 4 or 5 runners and your aces may look good but be warned...you will be another hard luck story of losing to two pair, a straight or a flush. Raise large and win what is there or face just one runner with ideally another pair or AK , AQ , or AJ....massive fav!
